Distant Healing

For me, healing has never been confined to physical distance. There is a deeper sense of connection that seems to exist beyond geography - perhaps even beyond our familiar understanding of time and space. Science continues to explore questions surrounding consciousness, intention and the relationship between mind and body, although there is still much we do not understand.

Distant healing has been an important part of my life and work for many years. Before I begin, I familiarise myself with the names of those who have asked for help. Then I close my eyes and allow my breathing to become slow and natural. I become aware of the rhythm of my heart, and gradually the noise and distractions of the outside world begin to recede.

In that stillness, I enter what I can only describe as a sacred inner space - a place where separation seems less important and where awareness becomes wider and quieter.

I become conscious of those on my healing list, not simply as names, but as individual lives reaching out into that stillness. At times I sense their presence almost as currents of energy, ebbing and flowing through a greater field of consciousness. Sometimes a face appears in my mind and gently fades, only to be replaced by another. I do not try to control the experience. I simply remain present, holding each person within an intention of healing, peace and love.

Perhaps this is one of the mysteries of healing: we do not always need to be physically beside someone in order to hold them in our hearts.

Across a room or across the world, we can become still and reach towards another human being with compassion. Whether we understand this as prayer, intention, consciousness, healing energy or simply love, the act reminds us of something profound - that beneath all the apparent distance between us, perhaps we are far more deeply connected than we realise.

Weekly Distant Healing Sessions

I hold my distant healing sessions at 20.00 hrs each Monday. I share, online, the guided meditation or piece of music I'm using for the week as I send healing to those on my distant healing list. Subscribers are welcome to tune in and join me but it’s not essential.

Global Healing Events

Once a month I hold an online Global Healing Event on a Sunday, which is streamed from the Healing Community pages. They remain online for 24 hours to accommodate the different time zones around the world.

I use specially recorded music, composed and played by Anita Ridley and guest musicians including Tim Wheater and Ffion Elisa. The music and accompanying films are spellbindingly beautiful and my poetic words will take you to sublime realms.

This is an opportunity to join me whether you need healing for yourself or a loved one.

For £5 a month, the Silver Tier, you can add your name - or the name of someone you care about - to my distant healing list. You can then join my weekly distant healing sessions and monthly online Global Healing Events, with access to a selection of guided self-help meditations and videos.

For £7 a month, the Gold Tier gives you everything above, plus a much wider collection of material. This includes the longer, one-hour healing journeys I create for each month’s Global Healing Event - available both as a spoken meditation and as a purely instrumental version.
