A Special Weekend of Healing - Cornwall

 —  —

Porthallow Village Hall, Helston, Cornwall TR12 6PN

I'm really excited by this very special weekend! Porthallow Village Hall is a fairly new eco-building, geothermically heated, in a stunning setting on the Lizard in Cornwall. Fronted with floor to ceiling windows, and situated virtually on the beach, there are panoramic views out to sea.

On Saturday, October 26, I will be sharing my 'Healing Intent' workshop between 10.00 am and 5.30 pm, finishing with a healing circle.

We all have an innate ability to heal and I'll lead you through numerous exercises and you'll personally experience internal and external energies that dramatically change as you focus on your own intent to heal.

On Sunday, October 27 from 10.00 am to 5.00, I'm excited to be presenting for the very first time my new workshop 'Healing the Loss'. I will be using completely new material, meditations and music - again ending with a healing circle.

Whether it's a relationship, job, loved one or family member, we all experience loss at some time in our life. This can leave emotional scars and pain that affect other relationships or our health. I'll be showing you how, instead of burying yourself after loss, you can work on healing your sense of being unloved or abandoned or the wounds of unworthiness, using it as a foundation to build a better you!

It will be an intimate weekend, strictly limited to just 32 participants, and there will be ample time on both days for questions and discussion.

To finish the weekend, on Sunday from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Dani Cain will present an hour of sound resonance healing with Native American drumming and chanting. This is an incredibly grounding experience that helps with emotional clearance and healing. Dani is a qualified Mindfulness Meditation teacher who has shared her inspirational work with many organisations including 'Women in Crisis'.

Venue: Porthallow Village Hall, Helston, Cornwall TR12 6PN. There is plenty of parking very close by.

NB:Allow plenty of time for travel as the area is quite remote and accessed by very narrow winding lanes!

Lunches and refreshments will be available to purchase on both days.

NUMBERS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO 32 PARTICIPANTS!

The price of the whole event is just £70!

Whilst not essential, please bring with you a yoga mat, a blanket - and if you've got one, a Native American drum!

Local accommodation is available for the weekend. For further information, email info@porthkerris.com or call Jo Anselmi on 01326 280620.
